Can I return my product?
You can return most products for up to 15 days after receipt. Products must be in new, unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact. Further, some products are ineligible for sanitary reasons. There are no returns on intimates (underwear) and bikinis and swimsuits or perishables. Also, clearance items are ineligible for return.
How do I return my product?
We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you’re unable to do this, please find a suitable replacement. Make sure that any boxes or cases that your product came in are protected within your returns packaging. All tags must be attached and the products must be in new condition. Include your RMA in the box you are returning your product in. We do not process exchanges. We only offer refunds to the original payment method or, if you prefer, store credit. Where do I return my product to?
After you have decided to return your product and your product meets all of the requirements for a return contact us at our email address and we will give you instructions on how to return the product.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we have received your return it can take up to one week for us to process your refund and for your bank to return your money. If, a week after we have received the return, you still haven’t received your refund, contact us and we will figure out what is going on.
